青钱柳化学成分、药理作用及应用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents,Pharmacological Effects and Application of Cyclocarya Paliurus

青钱柳主要分布的地区有江西、贵州、广西、云南等,是我国特有的一种珍稀植物,具有广泛的食用和药用价值。截至目前,已从青钱柳中分离得到了槲皮素、异槲皮苷等40余种黄酮类化合物,青钱柳苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ等37种三萜及其苷类化合物,没食子酸、硬脂酸、棕榈酸等20余种有机酸以及丰富多糖类化合物和无机盐等其他化合物。现代药理学研究表明其具有降血糖、降血压、抗氧化和降血脂等丰富的药理作用。本文通过查阅国内外文献,对青钱柳的化学成分、药理作用及其应用研究进行综述,以期为其进一步开发利用提供参考,开拓市场前景。

Cyclocarya paliurus is a rare plant unique to my country.It is mainly distributed in Jiangxi,Guizhou,Guangxi,Yunnan,and other regions.It has a wide range of edible and medicinal values.At present,more than 40 kinds of flavonoid monomers such as quercetin and isoquercitrin,37 kinds of triterpenes and their glycosides such as fenugreek glycosides I,II and III have been isolated from Cyclocarya paliurus.More than 20 kinds of organic acids such as fatty acid and palmitic acid,and other compounds such as polysaccharides and inorganic salts are abundant.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it has various pharmacological effects such as lowering blood sugar,lowering blood pressure,and lowering blood lipids.In this paper,the chemical constituents,pharmacological effects and application research of Cyclocarya paliurus are reviewed by consulting domestic and foreign literatures,in order to provide reference for its further development and utilization,and to open up market prospects.
