摘要
为推进中医药全球化发展,国家发展战略指出要强化健全完善中药及中成药质量标准体系。随着生命科学技术的不断进步,中药材现代化鉴定方法得到了极大发展,弥补了传统鉴定方法的不足。本文主要综述了近年来在中药材及中成药鉴定的基因水平与蛋白质水平的分子鉴定技术,并针对现有方法的局限性提出了可视化快检技术发展的思路,以期弥补中药鉴定方法学中在快速检测方面的空白。
In order to promote the global development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the national development strategy points out that it is necessary to improve the quality standard system of TCM.With the continuous progress of life science and biotechnology,modern identification methods of TCM have been greatly developed,making up for the shortcomings of traditional identification methods.This paper reviewed the molecular identification techniques of gene level and protein level of TCM in recent years,and proposed the development visual rapid detection technology based on the limitations of existing methods,in order to make up for the blank in rapid detection in the identification of TCM.
