黄花菜总黄酮的提取、测定方法和生物活性研究进展

Progress on Extraction,Determination Methods and Biological Activities of Total Flavonoids from Hemerocallia fulva

黄花菜总黄酮具有抗氧化、抑菌、护肝、抗抑郁和雌激素样作用等广泛生物活性,在食品、保健和医药方面有重要的应用价值。本文着重对黄花菜总黄酮的提取、测定方法及生物活性进行了综述,以促进黄花菜总黄酮的开发和利用。

Total flavonoids from Hemerocallia fulva shows the wide biological activities such as antioxidant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,liver-protecting,anti-depression and estrogen-like effect and so on,which has the important application values in food,health care and medicine.In this paper,the extraction,determination methods and biological activities of total flavonoids from Hemerocallia fulva were reviewed in order to promote its development and utilization.
