摘要
目的:采用顶空气相色谱法准确测量河道土壤中27种有机物含量。方法:考察色谱条件、顶空平衡温度、平衡时间、载气压力对结果的影响,确定顶空平衡加热温度85℃,平衡时间35 min,载气压力0.16 MPa,60 m毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化器检测,实现测量结果准确、快速、便捷。结果:土壤中27种有机组分在线性范围0.05~1.00 mg/kg,峰面积与含量成线性关系,线性相关系数均达到0.999以上,方法检出限0.005~0.020 mg/kg,精密度RSD在1.54%~5.22%,加标回收率79.5%~105.3%。
Objective:To accurately measure 27 kinds of organic matter in river soil by headspace Gas chromatography.Methods:The chromatographic conditions,the effects of headspace equilibrium temperature,equilibrium time and carrier gas pressure on the results were investigated.The equilibrium temperature of headspace bottle was 85℃,the equilibrium time was 35 minutes,the carrier gas pressure was 0.16 MPa and the capillary column was 60 meters and hydrogen flame ionizer detection was used to achieve accurate,rapid and convenient measurement results.Results:In the linear range of 0.05~1.00 mg/kg,there was a linear relationship between the peak area and the content,and the linear correlation coefficient was above 0.999.The detection limit of the method was 0.005~0.020 mg/kg,and the precision was 1.54%~5.22%,the recoveries were between 79.5%and 105.3%.
