摘要
建立了一种用Evolution高分辨率质谱仪测定气体中氧气、氮气含量的分析方法,并对该方法的精密度、线性范围、准确度等进行了验证。结果表明:该方法在测定氧气、氮气含量为10×10^(-6)~10000×10^(-6) mol/mol时的精密度优于3%;该方法具有较宽的线性范围,其中氮气含量测定的线性范围为10×10^(-6)~10000×10^(-6) mol/mol、氧气含量测定的线性范围为100×10^(-6)~10000×10^(-6) mol/mol;同时该方法具有较高的准确度,可以应用到其他气体组分含量的测定上。
Established a method for the determination of oxygen and nitrogen content in gas mixture by Evolution high resolution mass spectrometer,and verified the precision,linear range and accuracy of the method.The results show that the precision of the method is better than 3%while the content of oxygen and nitrogen is at the range of 10×10^(-6)~10000×10^(-6) mol/mol.The linear range of the method is wide,in which the linear range of nitrogen content determination is 10×10^(-6)~10000×10^(-6) mol/mol,the linear range of oxygen content determination is 100×10^(-6)~10000×10^(-6) mol/mol.The method has a high accuracy.The method can be applied to the determination of other components of gas.
