摘要
某乙烯装置新区在2020年7月进行了局部停车检修,为了实现压缩系统环保倒空、燃料气系统运行平稳,确保乙烯装置老区平稳生产,在新区裂解气压缩机GB-1201停车过程中首次采用了基于低排放的绿色环保停车过程探索。实践证明:(1)GB-1201在纯燃料气运转过程中,出口压力较低,倒空吹扫速度较慢;(2)GB-1201在纯氮气运转过程中,出口压力可保证在2.5 MPa以上,但泄放氮气造成燃料气系统热值下降,影响裂解炉正常运行;(3)GB-1201进行燃料气和氮气的混合气运转模式可实现压缩系统倒空和燃料气系统稳定的平衡。本次停车过程取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益,实现了低排放环保停车目标。
A new zone of an ethylene plant was partially stopped for maintenance in July 2020.In order to achieve environmentally friendly emptying of the compression system and smooth operation of the fuel gas system,and to ensure smooth production in the old zone of the ethylene plant,a green and environmentally friendly stopping process based on low emissions was explored for the first time in the stopping process of the new zone cracking gas compressor GB-1201.Practice has proved that:(1)GB-1201 in pure fuel gas operation process,the outlet pressure is low,the emptying and purging speed is slow.(2)GB-1201 in pure nitrogen operation process,the outlet pressure can be guaranteed above 2.5 MPa,but the release of nitrogen gas causes the fuel gas system calorific value to drop,affecting the normal operation of the cracking furnace.(3)GB-1201 for fuel gas and nitrogen gas mixture operation mode can achieve a balance of compression system back-up and fuel gas system stability.This stopping process has achieved good economic and social benefits and realized the goal of low emission and environmental protection stopping.
