摘要
采用有限元分析(FEA)软件对LNG管道的保冷层进行了稳态分析,获得了保冷层内的温度场及热流量数值。计算结果显示,随着保冷半径的减小,保冷层内热流量数值越大;随着保冷层厚度的增加,温度梯度逐渐变小;当保冷层达到某一厚度时,温度梯度几乎不再变化,此时增加保冷层厚度,效果将不再明显。
The steady analysis of cold insulation layer of LNG pipeline was performed by finite element analysis(FEA)software.The values of temperature field and heat flow in cold insulation layer were obtained.The result shows that the value of heat flow increases when the radius of cold insulation decreases,and the temperature gradient decreases when the thickness of cold insulation increases.Hardly the temperature gradient will changes when the thickness of cold insulation reach a value.The cold insulation effort will not be obvious even the thickness of cold insulation increases.
