摘要
简述了植化实验室有机溶剂的回收处理与再利用方法。单一组分的废有机溶剂,经蒸馏提纯后可返回实验循环使用;双组分废溶剂,经提纯处理,测定其密度,根据公式ρ=φ_(A)ρ_(A)+(1-φ_(A))ρ_(B)计算出两种物质的体积分数,按需要调整两种组分的比例后,可返回实验中循环使用;多组分混合溶剂组成复杂,600~800℃高温焚烧进行无害化处理。
Organic solvents recycling and reuse methods in phytochemistry lab were reported.Single waste solvents were distilled and sent back to be reused,binary waste solvent mixtures were purified followed by density tests and calculation to get the volume percentage by equationρ=φ_(A)ρ_(A)+(1-φ_(A))ρ_(B).After the adjustment of two solvents ratio,they were sent back to the lab circulation again.Multiple solvent mixtures were complicated and burned at 600~800℃harmlessly.
