摘要
主要研究多步调节协同树脂吸附法对含氟废水深度处理,达到园区污水站接管标准。预处理工艺与树脂吸附法相耦合,以保证不提高氯离子和总溶解性固体的前提下,将氟离子质量浓度降至8 mg/L以下。树脂吸附饱和后再生采用2 BV浓度为9%的氯化铝溶液,树脂的脱附率可达90%以上。将脱附液通过钙沉淀工艺处理后连续套用,以同样的参数连续吸脱附运行八批次,树脂出水稳定。
This paper mainly studies the advanced treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater based on coupling of the multi-step adjustment and resin adsorption method,which meets the standards of the sewage station in the park.The pretreatment process is combined with the resin adsorption method to reduce the fluoride ion concentration to less than 8 mg/L without increasing the chloride ion and total dissolved solids.After the resin is saturated with adsorption,the 2 BV concentration of 9%aluminum chloride solution is used for regeneration,and the desorption rate of the resin can reach more than 90%.After the desorption liquid is treated by the calcium precipitation process,it is continuously applied,and eight batches of continuous adsorption and desorption run with the same parameters,and the resin effluent is stable.
