法律视角下黑龙江省饮用水水源地保护问题研究

Protection of Drinking Water Sources in Heilongjiang Province from the Perspective of Law

随着经济和工业化的加快发展,人口数量大幅增加,饮用水的安全问题逐渐凸显。基于法律视角介绍了黑龙江饮用水水源地的基本概况,归纳了黑龙江饮用水水源地的污染原因,分析了饮用水水源地在立法体系、法律制度、司法审判及执法方面存在的问题,并提出了完善建议。

With the rapid development of economy,industrialization and the large increase of population,the safety of drinking water have become increasingly prominent.Based on the perspective of law,this paper introduces the general situation of drinking water sources in Heilongjiang Province,summarizes the pollution causes of drinking water sources in Heilongjiang Province,analyzes the problems existing in legislation system,legal system,judicial judgment and law enforcement,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
