摘要
将经过浓度为4%的NaOH溶液碱化处理过的稻草纤维作为加筋材料用于尾砂充填体试件的制备,研究了灰砂比、碱化稻草纤维的长度和掺量对尾砂充填体试件抗压强度的影响,并借助扫描电镜(SEM)从微观角度分析了碱化稻草纤维的作用机理。结果表明:随着碱化稻草纤维掺量的增加,试件的抗压强度下降;随着碱化稻草纤维长度的增加,试件的抗压强度先增大后减小;未碱化稻草纤维对试件抗压强度的降低程度显著大于碱化稻草纤维;随着灰砂比的减小,试件的抗压强度降低。
The straw fiber alkalized by 4%NaOH solution was used as reinforcement material for the preparation of tailings backfill specimens.The effects of cement-sand ratio,length and content of alkalized straw fiber on the compressive strength of tailings backfill specimens were studied,and the action mechanism of alkalized straw fiber was analyzed by SEM.The results show that the compressive strength of the specimen decreases with the increase of the alkalized straw fiber content.With the increase of the length of alkalized straw fiber,the compressive strength of the specimen first increases and then decreases.The reduction degree of the compressive strength of the specimen by the non-alkalized straw fiber is significantly greater than that of the alkalized straw fiber.With the decrease of cement sand ratio,the compressive strength of the specimen decreases.
