摘要
工业副产石膏是一种十分宝贵的资源,如何资源化利用是目前研究的热点。文章对工业副产石膏的悬浮煅烧过程进行了热力学研究,使用氧化铝行业先进成熟的气态悬浮焙烧炉技术,进行不同燃气(天燃气、焦炉煤气、发生炉煤气)对煅烧过程中能耗、热效率、燃气量、空气量、烟气量等各影响因素进行了分析,并对比了其它炉窑,结果表明工业副产石膏采用悬浮煅烧技术具有能耗低、自动化程度好等优势,对工业副产石膏资源化利用提供了一种新的途径。
The industrial by-product gypsum is a very precious resource, whose resource utilization is a hot topic in the current research. In this paper, the thermodynamic study was carried out on the suspended calcination process of the industrial by-product gypsum. By adopting the advanced and mature technology of gas suspension calciner in the alumina industry, and with the use of different gases(natural gas, coke oven gas and producer gas), the influencing factors such as the energy consumption, thermal efficiency, gas volume, air volume and fume volume during the calcinations process are analyzed, which are compared with other furnaces. The result show that it has the great advantages of low energy consumption and high degree of automation by using the suspended calcination technology for the industrial by-product gypsum, thus providing a new way for the resource utilization of industrial by-product gypsum.
