摘要
在工业铝电解过程中,极距的改变对槽电压和阳极电流有着很大的影响。而支路阳极电流携带着包括极距变化在内的电解槽局部状况,是监测局部槽况的重要手段。本文提出采用M语言建立铝电解槽模型,提高了运算效率,LM算法解决了MATLAB中SIMULINK仿真模型的代数环约束问题。研究了48支路500 kA系列电解槽在不同情况下极距下降引起的槽电压和阳极电流的变化情况。结果表明,支路电流对槽内局部状况的表现更为明显,且受到的干扰相对要小,可以作为判断槽况局部特征的重要依据。
In the process of aluminum electrolysis, the change of anode cathode distance(ACD) has a great influence on the pot voltage and anode current. The branch anode current distribution carries a lot of information about the pot condition including the change of ACD, which is an important method to monitor the local conditions in the pot. In this paper, M language is proposed to establish the aluminum pot model, which improves the operating efficiency. LM algorithm is used to solve the algebraic ring constraint problem of SIMULINK simulation model in MATLAB. Meanwhile, it studies the variation of pot voltage and anode current caused by the decrease of anode cathode distance in 48 branch 500 kA series pots under different conditions. The results show that the branch current has a more obvious effect on the local conditions in the pot, and the interference is relatively small, which can be used as an important basis to judge the local characteristics of the pot conditions.
