水中原油含量在线检测方法研究

摘要 油水混合物原油含量的在线准确测量对油井产量估算和油井开发寿命预测至关重要。提出了一种基于超声波原理的水中原油含量在线检测方法,搭建了高精度的实验测量平台,并完成了实验测量。测量系统硬件电路主要包含超声脉冲发射与接收电路;系统软件完成了FPGA触发信号的产生、A/D采样、数据处理以及上位机显示等功能;实验平台包括超声探头、支撑架、固定架和实验器皿等。系统通过采集超声波回波信号并分析发射波和接收波之间的关系得到对应含油量。实验结果表明误差均在2.5%以内,对同一比例油水混合物实验重复性良好。实时改变油水比例,根据实验得到的数据与波形,实现了油水混合物中原油含量的在线实时准确测量。 Online accurate measurement of crude oil content of oil-water mixtures is very important for oil well production estimation and oil well development life prediction.An on-line detection method of crude oil content is proposed based on the principle of ultrasonic,and corresponding experimental measurement has been completed based on the established high-precision measurement platform.The hard wares of measurement system mainly includes ultrasonic pulse transmitting circuit and receiving circuit;the system software completes the function of FPGA trigger signal,A/D sampling,data processing and host computer display;the experimental platform includes ultrasonic probe,support frame,fixed frame and experimental utensils.The corresponding oil percentage is obtained by collecting ultrasonic echo signals and analyzing the relationship between the transmitted wave and the received wave.The experimental results show that the error is within 2.5%,and the repeatability of the experiment for the same ratio of oil-water mixture is good.On-line real-time accurate measurement of the crude oil in the oil-water mixture is realized based on the obtained data and waveform when the oil-water ratio is changed in real time.
