煤气化炉烧嘴冷却水监控系统的优化设计

摘要 为进一步提升煤气化炉的工作性能,避免烧嘴在高温高压条件下腐蚀,针对传统烧水循环冷却水监控系统可靠性低的问题,在对煤气化炉烧嘴循环冷却水系统及其监控系统结构和现状分析的基础上,提出了采用六通阀加装备用CO在线分析仪和加装止回阀、安全阀等部件的改进方式,为今后煤化工行业的发展奠定基础。 In order to further improve the working performance of coal gasifier and avoid the corrosion of burner under high temperature and high pressure conditions,in view of the low reliability of traditional burner circulating cooling water monitoring system,based on the analysis of the structure and status quo of coal gasifier burner circulating cooling water system and its monitoring system,the improvement method of adopting six-way valve plus equipped with CO online analyzer and adding check valve,safety valve and other components is proposed for This will lay the foundation for the future development of coal chemical industry.
