杭来湾煤矿通过建立安全生产标准化管理体系,对矿井主要灾害辨识、评价,并制定专项安全技术措施进行分析,实现矿井水灾、火灾、煤层灾害、顶板灾害四大重点灾害的有效管控,保障了杭来湾煤矿的安全生产。

Hanglaiwan coal mine achieves effective control of four key disasters,namely,mine flood,fire,coal seam disaster and roof disaster,by establishing a standardized safety production management system,identifying and evaluating major mine disasters,and formulating special safety technical measures for analysis to ensure safe production of Hanglaiwan coal mine.
