系统说明了供料系统运行维护人员主要工作、存在的问题和供取料厂房工艺特点,结合着自动化监控技术,针对供料系统自动化监控的应用场景,通过自动化监控技术降低供料系统的设备故障率、生产事故率以及提高运行维护操作人员的工作效率,降低劳动力成本,减轻劳动强度,提升工艺运行的安全水平。

This paper systematically explains the main work,existing problems of the operation and maintenance personnel of the feeding system,and the process characteristics of the feeding and reclaiming plant.Combined with the automatic monitoring technology,it proposes an application scenario for the automatic monitoring of the feeding system,and reduces the feeding system through the automatic monitoring technology.Equipment failure rate,production accident rate,improve the work efficiency of operation and maintenance operators,reduce labor costs,reduce labor intensity,and improve the safety level of process operation.Some application scenarios and implementation ideas for the automatic monitoring and analysis system of the feeding system are proposed.
