摘要
随着大秦线路的向外扩张,秦皇岛煤炭港的装卸工艺已不能满足如此繁重的装卸任务,由于设备长期处于超载状态,造成以翻车机为代表的装卸设备控制系统故障不断。主要以翻车机控制系统为研究对象,通过分析翻车机系统的组成及工作原理,将翻车机的控制系统进行了设计优化,并进行了现场调试工作。调试结果表明,翻车机控制系统经过改造之后,提升了翻车机的工作效率,可以满足万吨装卸任务的需求。
With the outward expansion of the Daqin line,the loading and unloading process of Qinhuangdao Coal Port can no longer meet such heavy loading and unloading tasks.By analyzing the composition and working principle of the tipper system,the control system of the tipper was designed and optimized,and the field commissioning work was carried out.The commissioning results show that the dumper control system has been modified to improve the efficiency of the dumper and can meet the demand of 10,000 tons of loading and unloading tasks.
