摘要
近年来,中国汽车消费市场快速增长,大批造车新势力竞相加入,市场竞争越发激烈。主要针对快速迭代的汽车产品,探讨一些管理及验证的创新方法,缩短整车开发周期,为汽车企业的产品开发提供可借鉴的新思路和方法。
In recent years,China's automotive consumer market has been growing rapidly,and a large number of new car makers have joined the market,making the market competition more and more intense.The main purpose of this paper is to discuss some innovative methods of management and verification for the rapid iteration of automotive products,to shorten the vehicle development cycle,and to provide new ideas and methods for the development of automotive enterprises.
