摘要
通过对钢铁企业原燃料质量检验存在的风险进行分析,就如何做好质量检验风险控制与管理提出自己的看法,希望能够通过优化管理模式,全员参与质量管理,并采用先进检验装备和技术,提升进厂采购产品质量,规避检验风险问题的发生。
By analyzing the risks of raw fuel quality inspection in iron and steel enterprises,we put forward our views on how to do a good job of quality inspection risk control and management,hoping to avoid the occurrence of inspection risks by optimizing the management mode,involving all staff in quality management,and adopting advanced inspection equipment and technology to improve the quality of incoming procurement products.
