动车组车轮超声波探伤的粗浅建议

摘要 介绍了我国铁路货运的发展情况,分析了超声无损检测技术在车轮缺陷检测中的应用,研究了轮辋轮辐超声波探伤设备检修车轮的案例。运用超声无损检测技术可以有效预防和减缓剥离缺陷产生,提高车轮使用寿命。 The development of railroad freight in China is introduced,the application of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology in wheel defect detection is analyzed,and the case of wheel rim and spoke ultrasonic flaw detection equipment for wheel overhaul is studied.The use of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology can effectively prevent and slow down the generation of stripping defects and improve the service life of wheels.
