摘要
由于整套实验室标定装置价格昂贵,气液标准装置无法全面覆盖,对于不同介质涡街流量计无法实现计量检测,通过对涡街流量计测量特性做简要介绍,在理论分析可行性的前提下,结合两套标准装置在不同介质、相同温度下对仪表K系数进行标定对比的现场实验,实验结果表明,外部条件几何相似时,若涡街流量计的雷诺数在相应精度区间内时,斯特罗哈尔数Sr近似于稳定常数值,则其仪表K系数近乎相似,利用不同介质检测出的流量计误差有一定参考价值。
Due to the whole set of laboratory calibration device is expensive,gas-liquid standard device can not be fully covered,for different media vortex flowmeter can not achieve metrological detection,through the vortex flowmeter measurement characteristics to do a brief introduction,in theoretical analysis of the feasibility of the premise,combined with two sets of standard devices in different media,the same temperature on the instrument K coefficient calibration comparison of field experiments,the experimental results show that the external When the conditions are geometrically similar,if the Reynolds number of the vortex flowmeter in the corresponding accuracy interval,the Strohal number Sr approximates the stable constant value,the instrument K coefficient is nearly similar,the flowmeter error detected using different media has a certain reference value.
