随着经济全球化,我国各行各业实现跨越式的发展,尤其是传统制造为主的卫浴企业迅速和国外公司的进模式接轨,在实现快速融合过程中困难重重,工业4.0对未来质量管理的重大影响,以人为中心的质量管理转移到以软件、智能化设备,数字化可靠为中心,然而落实质量预防,营造全员品质文化,既要质量部门渗透到各个业务部门日常运作管理内,也要各营运部门纳入质量体系的运作,质量系统需要赋能到全过程每个环节,未来质量策划,组织流程优化尤为重要,不仅要关注产品质量,还要关注社会质量,更要关注过程质量。

With the economic globalization,all walks of life in my country have achieved leap-forward development,especially the traditional manufacturing-based sanitary ware enterprises are rapidly integrating with the advanced models of foreign companies.There are many difficulties in the process of rapid integration.Industry 4.0 will play a role in future quality management.Significant impact,people-centered quality management has shifted to software,intelligent equipment,and digital reliability.However,to implement quality prevention and create a quality culture for all employees,it is necessary for the quality department to penetrate into the daily operation management of each business department.Each operating department is included in the operation of the quality system,and the quality system needs to be empowered to every link of the whole process.In the future,quality planning and organizational process optimization are particularly important.It is necessary to pay attention not only to product quality,but also to social quality,and more importantly,process quality.
