摘要
芦家窑煤矿原供暖使用2台SZL4.2-0.7/95/70-A暖水锅炉(一用一备),1台DZL4-1.27-A蒸汽锅炉,该设备已经使用10多年,存在人员劳动强度大、环保监测数据误差偏大、安全性不高、供暖效率低等问题,且10 t以下燃煤锅炉各项指标不符合当前国家环保要求,因此选用了新型SZL14-1.0/115/70-AⅡ型热水锅炉替代原供暖设施。通过系统改造,实现了对有害物质的在线监测监控,烟气排放能达到山西省最新《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》(DB 1929—2019)燃煤锅炉标准,设备的自动化程度达到80%。大大提高了环保质量、供暖效率和设备运行安全可靠性,降低了职工劳动强度和企业成本。
The original heating system of Lujiayao coal mine used two SZL4.2-0.7/95/70-A water heating boilers(one with one spare)and one DZL4-1.27-A steam boiler,which had been used for more than 10 years and had problems such as high labor intensity of personnel,large errors in environmental monitoring data,low safety and low heating efficiency,and the indicators of coal-fired boilers below 10 t did not meet the current national environmental requirements.Therefore,the new SZL14-1.0/115/70-AⅡhot water boiler was selected to replace the original heating facilities.Through the system transformation,the online monitoring and control of harmful substances are realized,the flue gas emission can reach the latest Shanxi Province"Boiler Air Pollutant Emission Standard"(DB1929-2019)coal-fired boiler standard,and the automation degree of the equipment reaches 80%.It has greatly improved the environmental protection quality,heating efficiency and equipment operation safety and reliability,and reduced the labor intensity of workers and enterprise costs.
