基因治疗从基因水平上对疾病进行干预已备受关注,阳离子脂质体作为一种非病毒载体,因其制备简单,可降解性等特点,可作为基因治疗的有效载体。该文从结构、制备方法、作用机制及应用等方面阐述了阳离子脂质体在基因治疗中的研究进展。

Gene therapy has attracted much attention for the intervention of diseases at the gene level,and cationic liposome,as a non-viral vector,can be used as an effective vector for gene therapy due to its simple preparation and degradability.In this paper,the research progress of cationic liposomes in gene therapy is reviewed from the aspects of structure,preparation method,mechanism of action and application.
