单侧良性蝶窦病变的CT及MRI影像检查的应用特点分析

Analysis on the Application Value and Characteristics of CT and MRI in Unilateral Benign Sphenoid Sinus Lesions

目的探析在单侧良性蝶窦病变患者的诊断中,CT及MRI影像检查应用价值与特点。方法取该院收治的疑似单侧良性蝶窦病变患者52例,均行CT及MRI影像检查,以手术病理检查作为金标准,评价CT及MRI影像检查价值。结果经MRI影像检查确诊30例,经CT检查确诊21例。检出率、诊断符合度相比,MRI均高于CT(P<0.05)。结论检查单侧良性蝶窦病变时,CT和MRI各有优点,并能通过图像与信号,能提供相应的诊断结果,如两者联合,可以提高诊断符合率。

Objective To analyze the application value and characteristics of CT and MRI imaging in the diagnosis of patients with unilateral benign sphenoid sinus disease.Methods 52 patients with suspected unilateral benign sphenoid sinus disease admitted to our hospital were selected for the study.All patients underwent CT and MRI imaging examinations,and surgical and pathological examinations were used as the gold standard to evaluate CT and MRI imaging value.Results Of the 52 suspected patients,30 were confirmed by MRI,and 21 were confirmed by CT.The detection rate and diagnostic consistency of detection by MRI are higher than those of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion Both CT and MRI have their own advantages when examining unilateral benign sphenoid sinus lesions,and they can provide corresponding diagnostic results through images and signals.The combined utilization of CT and MRI can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate.
