中医药治疗前列腺癌研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Prostate Cancer

前列腺癌基本病机为禀赋不足、情志失调或饮食不节致肝脾肾亏虚,感受六淫邪气、瘟毒或湿热,形成湿、毒、瘀等蕴结于前列腺,日久形成有形肿块,病性属本虚标实。本病可分为肝肾亏虚、脾肾亏虚、气阴两虚、气血亏虚、瘀毒互结及痰湿瘀结六型辨治,诸医家辨证运用自拟专方或中成药、配合针灸或西医内分泌治疗等,整体上重视补肝肾、益脾气治其本,化湿祛瘀解毒治其标,凸显了中医药特色。参考文献33篇。

The basic pathogenesis of prostate cancer is endowment insufficiency,emotional disorder or improper diet,resulting in deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,contraction of six pathogenic qi,epidemic toxin or dampness heat,forming dampness,toxin and blood stasis accumulated in the prostate,forming a tangible mass over time,and the disease is root deficiency and branch excess.Prostate cancer can be divided into six syndrome types,such as liver and kidney deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency,qi and yin deficiency,qi and blood deficiency,mutual accumulation of blood stasis and poison,and phlegm,dampness,blood stasis and pathogen.Physicians have used their own specific formulas or Chinese patent medicines,combined with acupuncture and moxibustion or western medicine endocrine therapy,etc.,based on syndrome differentiation.On the whole,they attach importance to nourishing liver and kidney,invigorating spleen qi to treat the root cause,and resolving dampness,removing blood stasis and toxin to treat the branch,highlighting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.In the references 33 studies were cited.
