创业团队中交互记忆系统对团队决策绩效的影响机制研究

Research on the influence mechanism of transactive memory system on team decision performance in entrepreneurial team

创业是新时代经济发展的动力之一,但创业也是极具风险性的行为,如何使创业团队做出正确的决策是创业团队存活的重中之重。因此,探索创业团队中团队决策绩效的提升具有重要价值。本研究以社会交换理论和社会认知理论为基础,以大学生“挑战杯”创业大赛团队为对象,运用实证分析的方法,探讨在创业团队中交互记忆系统对团队决策绩效的影响机制。基于72个团队267份问卷数据的实证分析结果显示:交互记忆系统有效提升了团队主动性与团队决策绩效;团队主动性对团队决策绩效有正向且显著的促进作用;团队主动性在交互记忆系统的专长度、可信度对团队决策绩效的正向作用中起中介作用。研究揭示了交互记忆系统对团队决策绩效的影响机制,为创业团队在不确定环境中利用交互记忆系统提高团队决策绩效提供了实践指导。

Entrepreneurship is one of the driving forces for economic development in the new era, but it is also a risky behavior. How to make the right decision is the top priority for the survival of the entrepreneur team. Therefore, it is of great value to explore the improvement of team decision-making performance in entrepreneurial teams.This study, based on social exchange theory and social cognition theory, uses empirical analysis method to explore the influence mechanism of transactive memory system on team decision-making performance in entrepreneurial teams. The results of the empirical analysis based on 267 questionnaires from 72 teams show that: transactive memory system can effectively improve team initiative and team decision performance;Team initiative has a positive and significant effect on team decision-making performance;Team initiative plays a mediating role in the positive effect of expertise and credibility of transactive memory system on team decision performance. This study reveals the influence mechanism of transactive memory system on team decision performance, and provides practical guidance for entrepreneur teams to improve team decision performance by using transactive memory system in uncertain environment.
