广西特有3种秋海棠叶片扦插繁殖试验 被引量:4

摘要 一口血秋海棠、黑峰秋海棠和广西秋海棠是仅分布于广西的秋海棠科濒危植物,自然资源稀少,分布范围狭窄,生境特殊,为抢救和扩大这些物种的种质资源,对其开展繁殖技术研究。根据秋海棠的特点,采取叶片扦插进行繁殖试验。结果表明:基质和扦插时间对3种秋海棠扦插成活都有较大的影响,而不同的秋海棠种类受到的影响大小不同;广西秋海棠受到扦插时间、基质的影响小,成活率相差很小;一口血秋海棠和黑峰秋海棠受基质、时间的影响很大;一口血秋海棠适宜夏天在蛭石中扦插,黑峰秋海棠适宜春天在石山土中扦插。总体而言,黑峰秋海棠生命力强、易繁殖,广西秋海棠则不易繁殖。 ’Begonia picturata’,’Begonia ferox’ and ’Begonia guangxiensis’ are endangered plants of begoniaceae only distributed in Guangxi, with few natural resources, narrow distribution range and special habitats.In order to save and expand the germplasm resources of these species, the experiment on their cutting propagation was carried out. According to the characteristics of Begonia, cutting propagation of leaves was adopted. The results showed that both the substrate and the cutting time had great effects on the survival of the three kinds of begonia,but different begonia species were affected differently. The effect of cutting time and substrate on the survival rate of ’ Begonia guangxiensis’ was small, ’ Begonia picturata’ and ’ Begonia ferox’ were greatly affected by substrate and time. ’Begonia picturata’ is suitable for cutting in vermiculite in summer, and ’Begonia ferox’ is suitable for cutting in rock mountain soil in spring. In general, ’Begonia ferox’ has strong vitality and are easy to reproduce, but ’Begonia guangxiensis’ is not easy to reproduce.
