摘要
本文研究了Co含量变化对烧结钕铁硼磁性能的影响。在Co含量为1.5wt.%~5.0wt.%的范围内,磁体的剩磁呈现单调递增的趋势,从13.41kGs上升到13.97kGs;磁体的矫顽力呈现单调递减的趋势,从21.49kOe下降到15.69kOe;磁体20~120℃的剩磁温度系数从-0.135%/K改善到-0.122%/K。磁体的居里温度从Co含量为1.5wt.%的312.8℃提高到Co含量为5.0wt.%的337.2℃。因此当Co含量为1.5wt.%~5.0wt.%的范围内,磁体的居里温度随着Co含量的增加而提高。
In present work, we investigated the influence of Co content on the magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B based sintered magnets.In the range of 1.5 wt.%~5.0 wt.% Co content, the remanence increases monotonically from 13.41 kGs to 13.97 kGs;the coercivity decreases monotonically from 21.49 kOe to 15.69 kOe;the remanence temperature coefficient of magnet at 20~120℃ is improved from-0.135%/K to-0.122%/K.The Curie temperature T;substantially increases to 337.2℃ by doping 5.0 wt.%.In the range of 1.5 wt.%~5.0 wt.% Co content, the increase of Co content would increase the Curie temperature T;.
