摘要
本文对棒材厂现有钢坯上料台架移钢机在生产中存在的问题进行分析,进而分析现有移钢机的原理和缺陷。通过相关计算、出差考察等理论与实践相结合的手段,对现有移钢机进行重新设计及改造,达到提高该区域设备稳定性的目的。
The problems in the process of the billet charging device were discussed in this paper, and the principle and defects of the existing billet charging device were analyzed.Through the theoretical calculation and practice, the redesign of the billet charging device was executed.The stability of these equipments in this area was improved.
