风电场参与系统一次调频控制策略研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着风电集群对电力系统比例的逐年增加,仅依靠常规火电或水电机组进行调频难以满足含大规模风电电力系统的安全稳定运行,因此,风电机组参与系统调频将成为必然趋势。以提高新型电力系统的频率响应能力为目标,提出转子动能控制与功率备用控制结合的综合调频策略。针对转子动能控制,研究风电机组调频结束时有序退出和转子转速恢复控制策略,保障风电机组的安全运行。依据风电场的实时运行工况,提出风电场各机组的最优调频功率分配策略,实现风电场参与系统一次调频。通过36节点算例的仿真计算结果表明,基于综合控制策略能够有效提高风电场的频率响应能力,可为风电场参与系统调频的工程改造与实施提供一定的技术指导。 As the proportion of wind power clusters to power system increases year by year, it is difficult to meet the safe and stable operation of power systems containing large-scale wind power by relying only on conventional thermal power or hydropower units for frequency regulation. For this reason, the wind turbines will become an inevitable trend to participate in system frequency regulation. This paper proposes an integrated frequency regulation strategy combining rotor kinetic control and power standby control with the goal of improving the frequency response of new power system. For rotor kinetic energy control, the orderly exit and rotor speed recovery control strategy at the end of wind turbine frequency regulation are studied to ensure the safe operation of wind turbines. Based on the real-time operating conditions of wind farm, the optimal frequency regulation power distribution strategy of each unit of wind farm is proposed to realize the primary frequency regulation of the wind farm participating in the system. The simulation calculation results of the 36-node case show that the integrated control strategy can effectively improve the frequency response of wind farms, which can provide some technical guidance for the engineering transformation and implementation of wind farms involved in system frequency regulation.
