摘要
为科学评估抽水蓄能电站数字化、智能化建设水平,实现数字化智能抽水蓄能电站的战略构想,首先基于先进性、科学性、可操作性及开放性等原则构建了智能抽水蓄能电站建设水平多层级多准则评价指标体系,并进一步融合改进粒子群算法与层次分析法确定各级指标综合权重;同时,还引入物元分析法进行综合评价,有效解决了评价指标不相容问题。实例分析结果表明,所提方法能为抽水蓄能电站数字化智能化建设评估提供科学依据。
In order to scientifically evaluate the digital and intelligent construction level of pumped-storage power stations and realize the strategic conception of digital intelligent pumped-storage power station, the multi-level and multi-criteria evaluation index system for the construction level of intelligent pumped-storage power station is firstly constructed based on the principles of advancement, science, operability and openness, and furthermore, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and analytic hierarchy process are combined to determine the comprehensive weight of each index. At the same time, the matter-element analysis method is introduced for comprehensive evaluation, which effectively solves the incompatibility problem of evaluation indexes. The results of an example analysis show that the proposed method can provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of digital and intelligent construction of pumped-storage power stations.
