This paper analyzes the environmental protection measures adopted by countries around the world to implement the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,and summarizes the process and development trend of plastic reduction and prohibition in various countries.Put forward con structive suggestions and countermeasures to promote the transformation and upgrading of plastic film andpackaging industry,so as to promote the high-quality and healthy development of China's plasticfilm and packaging industry.
