摘要
PET制品的食品模拟物中的间苯二甲酸通过高效液相色谱进行分离,采用紫外检测器进行检测。水基、酸性、酒精类食品模拟物直接进样测定,橄榄油介质食品模拟物通过稀的甲醇-水溶液提取后进样测定。采用外标法定量。试验结果表明,食品模拟物中间苯二甲酸浓度在0.8 mg/L~16 mg/L范围内线性良好(R^(2)>0.999),检出限为0.3 mg/L。按照建立的方法进行加标回收试验,回收率在91.52%~102.31%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.42%~5.98%之间。
Isophthalic acid in food simulant of pet products was separated by high performance liquid chromatography and detected by ultraviolet detector.The water-based,acidic and alcoholic food simulants were directly injected for determination,and the olive oil medium food simulants were extracted by dilute methanol water solution and then injected for determination.External standard method was used for quantification.The results showed that the concentration of intermediate benzoic acid in food simulant was linear in the range of 0.8 mg/L~16 mg/L(R2>0.999),and the detection limit was 0.3 mg/L.The recovery rate was 91.52%~102.31%and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.42%~5.98%.
