摘要
目的:探讨案例库在专业学位研究生教育中的应用价值。方法:通过《神经外科案例库》建设的实践研究,提出案例库建设的思路、设计要素、实施方案;比较案例库教学与传统的课堂讲授教学效果。结果:案例库教学法可极大地活跃课堂气氛,调动学生学习的主观能动性,有利于提升教学质量,培养专业学位研究生的临床思维能力,与接受传统教学的研究生相比,接受案例库教学的专业学位研究生出科考核成绩明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学为实现专业学位研究生的培养目标提供了有力的支撑。
Objective:To explore the application value of case library during professional degree postgraduate education.Methods:Based on the practical study of the construction of neurosurgical case library,this paper puts forward the ideas,design elements and implementation plan of the construction of neurosurgical case base.After comparing the case library teaching with the traditional classroom teaching,we get conclusion.Results:It is found that the case library teaching method can greatly activate the classroom atmosphere,mobilize students'subjective initiative in learning,help to improve the teaching quality,and cultivate the clinical thinking ability of professional degree postgraduates.Conclusion:Case library teaching provides a strong support for the realization of the training objectives of professional degree graduate students.
