摘要
针对T型三电平逆变器共模电压较高,提出了一种抑制共模电压的改进方法,系统分析了传统T型三电平逆变器并网的拓扑结构,并解释了共模电压的来源,阐述了传统空间矢量调制和传统虚拟空间矢量调制策略,重新选择了合适的矢量进行虚拟小矢量和虚拟中矢量的合成,实现了抑制共模电压。最后在Matlab中建立模型,进行仿真分析,仿真结果证实了改进方法的可行性,有效地抑制共模电压。
To solve the problem of a high common-mode voltage of T-type three-mode inverter,the topological structure of traditional T-type three-level inverter is systematically analyzed in this paper.The source of common-mode voltage is explained.First,the traditional spatial vector modulation strategy and traditional virtual space vector modulation strategy are studied.Then,the appropriate vector is selected,and the inhibitory common-mode voltage is realized.Finally,the model is built in Matlab,and the simulation results show the feasibility of the proposed method,which can effectively suppress the common-mode voltage.
