基于目标识别的霉菌检测系统的研究

摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注霉菌的存在。设计了一种基于YOLOv5目标识别的霉菌检测系统。该系统能够检测出食物表面或者其他物品表面的霉菌,以此了解食物腐败的情况,进而降低霉菌引起的患病率。此系统的设计原理是利用紫外线灯下霉菌所产生的黄曲霉毒素会发出荧光的特性,通过霉菌荧光图片来检测霉菌。系统采用单片机数据采集和非单片机数据采集2种方式采集数据并传输给电脑,由YOLOv5程序完成霉菌目标的识别。实验表明:该系统的图像识别功能和数据采集功能表现良好,可以比较准确地检测出霉菌。 With the improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to the existence of mold.A mold detection system is designed based on YOLO v5 target recognition.The system can detect mold on the surface of food or other objects,so as to understand the food corruption and reduce the prevalence caused by the mold.The design principle of this system is to use the fluorescence characteristic of aflatoxin produced by mold under an ultraviolet lamp and to detect mold through the fluorescence pictures.The system adopts two methods of single-chip microcomputer data acquisition and non-single chip microcomputer data acquisition to collect data and transmit them to the computer.The identification of the mold target is completed by the YOLO v5 program.The experiment shows that the image recognition function and data acquisition function of the system perform well,and molds can be detected more accurately.
