寻找生活中的“小确幸”

摘要 【活动理念】品味是积极心理学的一个研究视角,是指人们引发、欣赏和增强积极体验的能力,以及以这种能力为基础的加工过程。它能够增强或延长个体的积极体验。具体而言,主动用心地感受积极体验正是品味的核心内容。“小确幸”指生活中微小但确定的、稍纵即逝的幸福体验。【活动背景】由于学习任务的要求,高中生更多时候待在室内,每天面对课业、学习、人际等方面,容易产生不良情绪,并且会在不自觉情况下被情绪支配。
