云南省地理标志保护现状及对策

Status Quo and Countermeasures of Geographical Indication Protection in Yunnan Province

地理标志属于一种无形的知识产权,是现代知识产权制度的重要组成部分,在保护民族品牌、传承传统文化,发展特色经济、助力扶贫和发展地方经济等方面发挥了重要的作用。云南具有独特的气候资源、丰富的动植物资源、良好的生态环境、悠久的农耕和饮食文化,孕育了许多地理标志资源。实施地理标志保护,是推进品牌战略、保护历史文化遗产的重要措施,是促进优势特色农业产业提质增效和帮助农民增收致富的有效手段,对推动现代农业高质量发展、促进乡村振兴战略实施具有十分重要的意义。在介绍云南省地理标志保护现状的基础上,分析了云南在地理标志保护意识、管理、政策、登记、专用标志使用及品牌培育等方面存在的不足和问题,就加快云南地理标志保护工作提出了相应的对策建议。

Geographical indications belong to intangible intellectual property rights and are an important part of modern intellectual property rights system, which play an important role in protecting national brands,inheriting traditional culture, developing characteristic economy, helping poverty alleviation and developing local economy. Yunnan has unique climate resources, abundant animal and plant resources, good ecological environment, long farming and food culture, and has given birth to a lot of geographical indication resources.The implementation of geographical indication protection is an important measure to promote brand strategy and protect historical and cultural heritage, as well as an effective means to promote the quality and efficiency of agricultural industry with advantages and characteristics and help farmers increase their income and become rich, and it is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of modern agriculture and promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. Based on introducing the status quo of geographical indications protection in Yunnan province, the deficiencies and problems in the protection awareness, management, policy, registration, use of special indications and regional brand cultivation were analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for speeding up the protection of geographical indications in Yunnan province were put forward.
