关于长期护理保险的文献综述

Literature Review on Long-term Care Insurance

我国人口老龄化、高龄化形势严峻,建立契合我国实际需求的长期护理保险制度是满足老年人照护需求、提升其幸福感的有效途径。近年来,学界围绕长期护理保险的相关研究不断深入,研究成果数量呈高速增长趋势。现有关于长期护理保险的研究主要集中在其建立的现实需求和国际经验方面,长期护理保险在我国制度选择、资金筹集、待遇给付及服务质量等方面的实践状况也是学界研究的焦点。通过梳理现有文献,发现有关长期护理保险的研究还有很大探索空间,未来需加强对中西部经济欠发达地区居民的参保意愿及影响因素研究,重视长期护理保险多方参与主体间的互动研究,重点关注长期护理保险的效率、公平及可持续性研究。

The situation of aging population in China is serious.The establishment of long-term care insurance in line with China’s actual needs is an effective way to meet the needs of elderly care and improve their happiness.In recent years,studies on long-term care insurance continue to deepen in the academic circle,and the number of research results shows a rapid growth trend.The current research on long-term care insurance mainly focuses on the actual needs and international experience of its establishment.The practice of long-term care insurance in China’s system selection,fund raising,payment and service quality is also the focus of academic research.By reviewing the existing literature,it is found that there are still much space to explore in the study of long care insurance.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the participation intention and influencing factors of residents in the economically underdeveloped areas in the central and western regions,attach importance to the interaction between long-term care insurance participants,and focus on the efficiency,fairness and sustainability of long-term care insurance.
