摘要
文章通过收集中国知网上有关中国绿色技术创新效率的实证研究论文,整理出绿色技术创新效率的常用研究方法,以及中国绿色技术创新的发展水平、影响因素和基本特征。通过对研究文献的梳理发现,虽然中国现阶段绿色技术创新效率整体水平不高,但是呈现逐步上升趋势。绿色技术的进步是绿色技术创新效率提升的主要动力,但是绿色技术效率和规模效率水平没有获得明显的改善。国际研发资本、环境规制、财政环保支出等因素对绿色技术创新效率的影响在不同的地区、行业呈现出不同的效应。
By collecting the empirical research papers on China’s green technology innovation efficiency on CNKI,this paper sorts out the commonly used research methods of green technology innovation efficiency,as well as the development level,influencing factors and basic characteristics of China’s green technology innovation.Through sorting out the research literature,it is found that although the overall level of green technology innovation efficiency in China is not high at this stage,it is showing a gradual upward trend.The progress of green technology is the main driving force for the improvement of green technology innovation efficiency,but the level of green technology efficiency and scale efficiency has not been significantly improved.The influence of factors such as international R&D capital,environmental regulation,and fiscal environmental protection expenditure on the efficiency of green technology innovation shows different effects in different regions and industries.
