摘要
如何通过科研育人促进大学生创新型人才培养已成为全国高校工作的重点,但部分高校比较注重对研究生的科研素质培养,缺乏对本科生创新意识、创新思维、创新方法和创新能力等创新素养的培育。文章系统梳理了创新理念和科研育人的内涵,从高校、教师和培育对象3个层面深入剖析科研育人过程中遇到的问题,并由此提出改变困境的实施路径,为高校创造更加有利的科研育人环境提供借鉴,也为高校更有效的培养创新型人才提供参考。
How to culture innovative talent through scientific training has become the focus work for national colleges.However,some collegespay more attention to the cultivation of postgraduate students rather than undergraduate students,especially in the cultivation of innovative consciousness,thinking,methods and ability.In this study,we dissected the connotation of innovation concept and scientific research education,then systemically analyzed the problems encountered in the process of cultivation from three levels,colleges,educators and those being educated;finally proposedan available path to change the predicament,which was aimed to create a more favorable environment and culture innovative talenteffectively.
