基于扎根理论的开源软件项目成员间知识共享模式质性研究 被引量:7

Qualitative Research on Open Source Software Projects’Knowledge Sharing Model Based on Grounded Theory

摘要 基于动机理论和社会网络理论,从开源软件项目内成员间知识共享的现象出发,运用扎根理论,采用参与式观察、结构化访谈、档案和文献研究的方法,构建开源软件项目内成员间知识共享机制的概念模型,提出“供给推动-需求拉动”的成员间知识共享理论模型。研究表明:开发员和用户是开源软件项目中成员贡献的两大主体,其中,参与动机、社会网络和文化认同作为开发员的供给端,用户创新作为用户的需求端,共同作用于中间变量知识共享,进而影响开源软件的项目绩效。 Based on motivation theory and social network theory,this study starts from the phenomenon of knowledge sharing among members in open source software projects,applies grounded theory,and specifically adopts the methods of participatory observation,structured interview,archives,and literature research,a conceptual model of knowledge sharing mechanism among members in open source software projects is constructed.This study puts forward a theoretical model of“supply push-demand pull”among members.It holds that developers and users are the two main subjects of members’contributions to open source software projects.Participative motivation,social network,and cultural identity as the developer’s supply side,and user innovation acts as the demand side,jointly affecting the intermediate variable of knowledge sharing and then affecting the project performance of open source software.
