一种准确计算钻具刺漏位置的新方法

A New Method for Accurately Calculating the Leakage Location of Drilling Tools

石油天然气钻井中,钻具在井下受各种变载力的状态十分复杂,容易在薄弱部位发生刺漏,当钻具发生刺漏时,如何准确计算刺漏位置,快速找到刺漏的钻具进行更换,是困扰施工人员的最大难题。如果判断不准确,在起钻时就会放慢速度逐根钻具进行检查,来回反复查找刺漏点,即耗时又耗力,造成经济损失和存在安全风险。通过分析正常施工时接单根的过程中向钻具内投放有色软质塑料片测上返周迟到时间的方法来准确计算刺漏位置,在起钻时重点检查该位置的钻具,将刺漏钻具进行更换,从而提高钻井效率,降低经济损失和作业风险。

In oil and natural gas drilling,the state of the drilling tool under various variable loading forces in the well is very complicated,and it is easy to puncture and leak in weak parts.When a puncture leak occurs in a drilling tool,how to accurately calculate the location of the puncture leak and quickly find the leaked drilling tool and replace it is the biggest problem that bothers the construction staff.If the judgment is inaccurate,the drill will be slowed down and inspected one by one when the drill is tripped,and the puncture point will be repeatedly searched for,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive,causing economic losses and safety risks.This paper analyzes the method of putting colored plastic sheets into the drill tool during the normal construction process of connecting a single drill pipe to measure the late return time to accurately calculate the location of the puncture,and focus on checking the drilling tool at this location when the drill is tripped,then the drilling tools are replaced to improve drilling efficiency and reduce economic losses and operational risks.
