摘要
针对生产流水线中要对工件进行精确定位的要求,通过综合图形化编程的LabVIEW与嵌入式NI myRIO技术,设计完成基于LabVIEW和NI myRIO的具有智能边缘识别移位报警系统。该系统实现了图像的采集、边缘检测、直线度计算、防窃报警等功能。对系统摄像头采集到的图像进行实时处理和分析,应用于工业加工生产中的某些环节,有助于提高生产效率,实现无人检测、远距离报警的智能化车间。
Aiming at the requirement of precise positioning of the workpiece in the production line,a system with intelligent edge recognition and alarming based on LabVIEW and NI myRIO is designed and completed by integrating the LabVIEW of graphical programming and the embedded NI myRIO technology.The system realizes the functions of image acquisition,edge detection,straightness calculation,and anti-theft alarm.Real-time processing and analysis of the images collected by the system camera,applied to certain links in industrial processing and production,help to improve production efficiency,and realize an intelligent workshop with unmanned detection and remote alarm.
