一种截止激励缓冲器结构设计及性能研究

摘要 为保证雷达的指向精度,舰载雷达多通过螺接的方式固定在舰壁上。随着雷达轻薄化和集成度的不断提高,这种连接方式将使雷达在水下爆炸环境中受到剧烈冲击,严重影响雷达设备安全。为此,提出了一种由截止激励缓冲器组成的阵面缓冲系统,该缓冲系统具有低冲击下保持刚性和强冲击下呈现柔性的特点,有效解决了雷达在低冲击下保精度和强冲击下保强度的矛盾。文中通过实验与仿真相结合的方式详细介绍了缓冲器弹性元件的选择和设计及阵面缓冲系统的布置优化方法。通过原理样机的试验分析证实了阵面缓冲系统的有效性。 In order to ensure the pointing accuracy of radar,ship-borne radar is usually fixed on the vessel mast by screw connection.With the continuous improvement of radar lightweight and integration,this connection mode will make the radar suffer severe impact in the underwater explosion environment,which will seriously affect the safety of radar equipment.For this reason,an array buffer system composed of cut-off excitation buffer is proposed,which has the characteristics of rigidity under low impact and flexibility under strong impact.The contradiction between radar precision under low impact and strength under strong impact is effectively alleviated.In this paper,the selection and design of the elastic elements of the buffer and the layout optimization method of the buffer system are introduced in detail through the combination of experiment and simulation.The effectiveness of the buffer system is verified by the experimental analysis of the prototype.
