压力管道定期检验中射线检测Ⅰ型对比试块的使用

摘要 压力管道定期检验中发现焊接超标缺陷评级与其性质及自身高度或者宽度密切相关.采用射线检测标定小径管焊接缺陷时,选择管焊缝Ⅰ型对比试块要根据小径管规格和压力管道验收级别的不同而不同,在实际定期检验工作中不便实施.本文通过对管焊缝Ⅰ型对比试块尺寸做出明确规定,使得管道定期检验中利用射线检测时仅需依据管径选择相应试块,避免检验时试块选择困难并且对焊接超标缺陷评级更加方便. In the regular inspection of pressure pipeline,it is found that the welding defect rating is closely related to its nature and its own height or width.When using radiographic inspection to calibrate welding defects of small-diameter pipe,the selection of pipe weld type I test block should be different according to different specifications of small-diameter pipe and acceptance level of pressure pipeline.It is inconvenient to carry out regular inspection in practice.In this paper,the size of test blocks for type I of pipe welds is clearly stipulated,so that the corresponding test blocks only need to be selected according to the pipe diameter when using radiographic inspection in regular inspection of pipelines,so as to avoid the difficulty in selecting test blocks during inspection and make it more convenient to grade welding defects exceeding the standard.
