接触网作业车随车吊安全管理问题及对策

Safety Management Problems and Countermeasures of Overhead Traveling Crane

笔者单位按国家铁路集团部署开展昆玉河、楚大线高速铁路隧道内电力箱式变压器消防门改造工程,使用接触网作业车随车吊进行吊装作业.检查吊装作业现场,对接触网作业车随车吊的使用、管理进行调研.调研表明,当前接触网作业车随车吊的吊装作业组织、设备质量、使用操作、应急管理等方面都存在不同程度的弱化、失管问题,针对存在的问题,提出对策建议.

The author carried out the fire door reconstruction project of power box transformer in the highspeed railway tunnel of Kunyuhe and Chuda lines according to the deployment of the State Railway Group,and used overhead travelling crane for hoisting operation.The hoisting operation site was check,and the use and management of the overhead crane of the overhead contact system truck was investigated.Investigation shows that there are problems of weakening and pipe loss in hoisting operation organization,equipment quality,operation and emergency management of OCS truck.In view of the existing problems,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
