摘要
原油管道的安全有效运行是一项至关重要的工程,管道的泄漏容易造成火灾、爆炸,造成企业巨大的经济损失.本文使用U因子法对原油管线缺陷进行评价,分析管道缺陷的使用性.最后通过敏感性分析法分析影响含缺陷管道安全系数的因素.结果表明:一次应力的大小对含缺陷管道的安全裕度影响最大,而裂纹尺寸和断裂韧度的选择对其影响不大,但是根据比较,裂纹尺寸对安全系数的影响更大.根据评价结果分析,建议加强对该原油管道的监控,定期进行检验.
The safe and effective operation of crude oil pipeline is a crucial project.The leakage of pipeline is easy to cause fire and explosion,causing huge economic losses to enterprises.In this paper,the U factor method is used to evaluate the defects,and to analyze the usage of the pipeline defects.Finally,the factors affecting the safety factor of pipelines with defects are analyzed by the sensitivity analysis method.The results show that the strength of the primary stress has the greatest impact on the safety margin of the defective pipeline,while the choice of crack size and fracture toughness has little impact on it.However,the size of the crack size has a greater impact on the safety factor.According to the analysis of the evaluation results,it is suggested to strengthen the monitoring of the crude oil pipeline and conduct regular inspection.
